Official Lighthouse Insurance Contest Rules
Contest rules apply to the Getaway Trip for Two contest and the Know The Biz bi-monthly contest.

• Must be resident of Queens, Nassau, Suffolk counties of New York State, U.S.
• 18 or older to enter

Promotion ends December 31, 2002. Odds depend upon number of entries.

Employees and directors of Lighthouse Agency, Inc., ("Sponsor" or "Lighthouse Insurance"), their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family or members of their same households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you (and your parents and legal guardians if you are a minor) agree to the decisions of the judging organization, which is final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor reserves the right to change, alter or modify the eligibility and prize structure but not limited to the jurisdictions where, and the residents in those jurisdictions who, may enter, and/or the number, frequency, value, and terms of payment of any or all of the prizes. Any such change, alteration or modification will be announced, in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor, in which case the change, alteration or modification will become effective on the first day of the following month, and will be incorporated into the Official Rules.

Promotional period begins on 6/1/02 at 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), and ends on 12/31/02 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Promotional Period"). Winner will be announced 12/15/02.

Sponsor, however, reserves the right to terminate the promotion by giving notice, deemed appropriate by Sponsor, in which case the Promotion will terminate on the last day of that month.

ENTRY
To enter, access the Lighthouse Insurance web site at www.lighthouseinsurance.com and sign up for the Platinum Program. Complete the registration form for Platinum Program membership. If you are already registered as a Platinum Program member with Lighthouse Insurance, you will be automatically entered in this contest, provided that you maintain your Lighthouse Insurance membership. Unless otherwise advised on the Lighthouse Insurance web site, any other attempt at Internet or email entry is void.

Must be New York State Queens, Nassau, or Suffolk county resident to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter. All winners for any drawing will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received for that drawing.
